The primary focus is managing the military aftermarket business for assigned client/manufacturer accounts.
Some travel may be required.
The Client Coordinator is responsible for:
The oversight of assigned client accounts Communicating with customers and client-manufacturers Reviewing customer requisitions/solicitations.
Entering/checking customer orders and purchase orders Develop and maintaining relationships with key personnel throughout clients' organizations Generate various reports for both clients and internal purposes Consult with clients regarding business decisions for their military aftermarket sales Other duties as required Education and training:
Minimum of two (2) years of previous office experience Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required Knowledge/Skills:
Previous customer service and/or account management experience is a plus Acute attention to detail Good interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent communication skills; both written and oral presentation Problem solving capabilities Ability to gather and analyze data Competent computer skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.
) Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet deadlines and other time-sensitive requirements Job Type:
